These terms govern your use of the SwiftAssist website (swiftassist.io). Use of the SwiftAssist software is governed separately by the license agreement that accompanies your evaluation build or purchase. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Use of this site

You're welcome to browse, evaluate, and contact us. Don't abuse the site: no attempting to disrupt it, no scraping the contact forms, and no submitting content that is unlawful or that you don't have the right to send.

Content and accuracy

We work to keep everything on this site accurate, including the statement that all screenshots show the application's built-in mock mode with sample data. Product details and pricing may change before purchase; the quote or order form we issue you is what governs. Content on this site is provided "as is" without warranty; it is marketing material, not a contractual specification.

Intellectual property

The SwiftAssist name, logo, and the content of this site are our property. Microsoft, Active Directory, Entra, Intune, and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies; SwiftAssist is an independent product not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.

Purchases

Online payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Licenses purchased through this site are delivered and governed under the SwiftAssist license agreement provided at or before purchase, including its renewal and soft-degradation behavior as described on the deployment & licensing section.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
